Of the two spaces, it is the one on the right. There is additional parking on the left of the garage. You do not get access to the garage.

**PETS** All pets must be added to the reservation. A $25 per pet per night fee is included upon adding them to the reservation. If you have more than two pets, please send an inquiry. **Smoking** No Smoking of any kind is allowed in the townhouse. We have designated smoking areas located on the back or front porch. Please use the "butt can" for your butts. Thank you **Guest Registration Terms** We need to complete our five-star experience form after we confirm your reservation. This form includes ID verification, deposit, and more. It takes two minutes to complete. Please complete steps 1 and 2 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest or Airbnb, so as not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform. ★ REPORTING ANY ISSUES AT CHECK-IN We prepared thoroughly before your arrival, but we could have missed something. If you notice any pre-existing damage or other issues, please notify us immediately within 24 hours after check-in.
