It is fully refunded within two days of checkout, provided no damage or rule violations occur. 3. **Rental Agreement:** A quick digital signature on our standard rental agreement is required. * **Reporting Issues:** We have prepared the home carefully for your arrival. Should you notice any issues or damage upon check-in, please report it to us within 24 hours.
