Guests have exclusive access to the entire home through a private entrance, with seamless self check-in via keypad. Free street parking is available. The kitchen, stove, bathrooms and bathtub, washer and dryer, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor furniture/BBQ grill are for your stay at the home; you will not share the house with other guests. Two closets and two kitchen cabinets—one wall cabinet and one base cabinet—are clearly marked “Staff Only” or locked for housekeeping storage. Please respect these private storage areas; the rest of the home is yours to enjoy.

The equipped kitchen and in-home laundry also make the home well-suited to longer stays, and mid-stay cleaning is available for guests staying two weeks or more. After booking, you’ll receive a secure guest-portal link to complete three quick pre-arrival steps: government-issued ID verification, a digital signature on the rental agreement, and a refundable $300 security-deposit authorization hold. This is not a charge and is released after a damage-free checkout. If you notice an issue on arrival or a malfunction during your stay, please report it within 24 hours so we can address it quickly.
