Occupancy & Extra Guests: Your booking rate includes up to 5 guests. This home accommodates a maximum of 7. Each additional guest beyond 5 is charged $55 per person, per night, for the full length of the reservation. Bringing unauthorized guests may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Guest Registration: As a professionally hosted home, we ask every guest to complete a few short steps once your reservation is confirmed. You'll receive a link to our guest portal for ID verification, a short-term rental agreement, and the security deposit. Security Deposit: We collect a $300 refundable deposit two days before check-in and release it two days after check-out, provided there is no damage, no missing items, and no need for excessive cleaning. Laundry: A washer and dryer are available in the basement. We do not supply detergent, though guests often leave some behind. Plumbing: Please flush only toilet paper and natural waste — no wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items, including anything labeled "flushable." A $250 fee applies if professional service is required. Reporting Issues: We prepare the home thoroughly, but if you notice any pre-existing damage or issue, please tell us within 24 hours of check-in. If anything comes up during your stay, contact us right away so we can fix it quickly.
