This includes ID verification, a $300 refundable security deposit authorization (an authorization hold, not a charge), and signing a standard electronic rental agreement. * **Reporting Issues:** Please notify us of any issues or pre-existing damage within 24 hours of check-in. Promptly reporting any problems that arise during your stay allows us to resolve them quickly. Travel issues not reported within 24 hours of check-in will not be eligible for a refund. * **Laundry:** A washer and dryer are available for your use. We do not provide laundry detergent, though previous guests sometimes leave some behind. * **Long-Term Stays:** For stays over 28 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required for an additional fee of $150.
